Tailored application workspace
Create and manage role-specific résumés and supporting materials. AI-assisted drafting remains editable and should be reviewed before submission.
CareerCraft · Private beta
CareerCraft gives individual job seekers and career coaches one place to prepare application materials, track opportunities, plan interviews, and understand what needs attention next.

Product status
CareerCraft is being tested with a limited group of users while we refine the core workflow, privacy controls, and collaboration with coaches.
The problem
Résumés live in document folders. Opportunities are tracked in spreadsheets. Interview details are split between calendars, inboxes, and notes. Follow-ups depend on memory, and it becomes difficult to see which activity is producing useful conversations.
CareerCraft connects those tasks without turning the job search into a complicated project-management exercise.
What we built
Each opportunity holds the relevant role, company, application materials, contacts, interview schedule, notes, next action, and history.
The Windows application supports focused personal work, while the web experience makes progress available across devices and supports controlled collaboration.
Key capabilities
Create and manage role-specific résumés and supporting materials. AI-assisted drafting remains editable and should be reviewed before submission.
Keep status, contacts, deadlines, notes, documents, and next actions together for each role.
Organize interview stages, meeting details, preparation notes, follow-ups, and outcomes in one timeline.
See current activity, stalled opportunities, upcoming commitments, and response patterns without vanity metrics.
The workspace
Calendar and table views bring interviews, deadlines, and follow-ups into one schedule, so the next commitment is clear without reconstructing it from several tools.

From activity to insight
Sync health and conflicts remain visible, so cross-device convenience does not hide operational problems. Restore tools and issue summaries make it easier to understand when data needs attention.

For career coaches
Job seekers can choose what to share with a coach and when to revoke access. Coaches can review agreed materials, leave guidance, and prepare for scheduled sessions without taking ownership away from the person conducting the search.

Privacy and product principles
CareerCraft is designed around explicit access, user-controlled sharing, and clear records of what is stored or synchronized. Detailed claims such as “local-first,” “encrypted,” or “secure sync” will only be published after the implementation and security review support those terms.
