Website Terms of Use

Effective September 3, 2026

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of tekabsurd.com (the “Website”), operated by Absurd Technologies LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Absurd Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Purpose of the Website

The Website provides general information about Absurd Technologies, our software services, and products or concepts we are developing. Website content is provided for informational purposes only and may be changed or removed at any time.

Nothing on the Website is a binding offer, professional advice, or a promise that we will accept or perform a project.

Project inquiries and service agreements

Submitting a contact form or sending us an email does not create a client relationship, confidentiality obligation, partnership, or contract. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information until we have agreed in writing to receive it on that basis.

Any software development, consulting, product access, pilot, or other paid service will be governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for the covered service.

Acceptable use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • interfere with the Website or attempt to bypass its security
  • introduce malware, automated abuse, or harmful code
  • scrape, copy, or extract Website content at scale without permission
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
  • use the contact form to send spam, threats, unlawful material, or deceptive requests
  • use the Website in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law

We may restrict or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our systems, or other people.

Intellectual property

The Website and its original text, graphics, branding, interfaces, code, and other content are owned by Absurd Technologies or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions of the Website for your own internal, noncommercial evaluation of our services. No other license or right is granted. Product names, company names, logos, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Product descriptions and availability

Descriptions of CareerCraft, Snowlink, or other products may refer to prototypes, private betas, controlled pilots, planned capabilities, or features that are not generally available. We may change product scope, availability, eligibility, or features without notice. Do not rely on a Website description as a commitment to deliver a feature or provide access.

The Website may contain links to websites or services operated by others. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete, or that its content will always be current. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Absurd Technologies and its members, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

Our total liability for claims arising solely from use of the public Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited. Liability related to paid services is governed by the applicable written service agreement.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website or material breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning only the public Website will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in New York, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Website or our practices change. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
